Franco Ontarian of German descendant studied Fine Arts at OCA Onrario College of Art in Toronto also Cosmetology,Hairdressing and Colorist at Montreal's Institute of l'Art de la coiffure.

Rouge, known as Rouge Lefebvre, began dance in childhood with the company , Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, founded by Ludmilla Chiriaeff, then Martha Graham in New york. Theses experiences molded a vision of sculpting the body.She modeled and did transformist in Toronto and Montreal again entering the events of all kind.

Rouge excells in the artistic domaine more than fifteen years.A concept artist, a title of references to describe the multidiscipline aspect of her work Hairstyling, Make up artist ,painter and conceptual images over the world.From Accapulco, Florence , Montreal New York and Paris , she left numerous impressions of her vision in aestheticism and Artistic strenght.
